about Simone
Simone Gmuca, RDN CDN CPT
Simone is a NYC-based Registered Dietitian and NASM Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping women lose weight in a realistic and sustainable way—without giving up the foods they love or spending hours in the gym. Her goal is to teach you how to fit balanced eating and simple, strength-focused movement seamlessly into your everyday life.
Her passion for nutrition began during her years as an NCAA Division II Cross Country runner at CUNY Queens College, where she learned firsthand how food impacts energy, performance, and body composition. This experience sparked a deeper curiosity about how women can fuel themselves to feel strong—not restricted—which led her to study Nutrition and Dietetics and complete a rigorous dietetic internship program with Wellness Workdays, where she specialized in women’s weight loss and sports performance nutrition.
Over the years, Simone has worked with dozens of women to help them lose weight through sustainable habits—focusing on nourishment, confidence, and consistency instead of perfection. She believes that healthy living should feel balanced and enjoyable, and that small, realistic changes are what truly create long-term results. Her mission is to help women feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies, while still living full, satisfying lives.
In her free time, Simone enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and being at the beach! She is an avid marathon runner and enjoys creating new recipes at her home in Nassau County.
