Blended Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

We all know about overnight oats…but have you ever tried BLENDED overnight oats? Blending all of the ingredients together produces the best creamy texture & eliminates the chewy texture of whole oats.

Try this easy, healthy meal prep breakfast recipe. Each serving has 6 grams of fiber & 12 grams of protein to fuel your busy day!

Ingredients (serves 3):

-1 cup rolled oats

-1 cup milk of choice

-1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

-3 tbsp pure maple syrup

-2 tbsp chia seeds

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1/2 cup chopped strawberries

Directions:

-add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

-divide into jars & refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning with extra berries on top!
