Summer Chia Pudding Parfait

This colorful, high fiber treat is great for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients (serves 1):

-1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
-2 tbsp chia seeds
-1/4 cup milk
-1 tbsp honey
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-strawberries, blackberries, & kiwi, for topping

Directions:

-mix the yogurt, chia seeds, milk, honey, & vanilla. let it settle for 5 minutes & then stir it again to prevent clumping.
-refrigerate overnight & layer with fresh fruit & extra honey when you’re ready to eat it!
