Wild-Caught Salmon Burger
This single-serve, high protein salmon burger is the perfect lunch for summer that packs in a ton of omega-3 fatty acids to support overall health!
Ingredients (serves 1):
-1 can of wild-caught salmon
-1 tbsp Greek yogurt
-1 tbsp breadcrumbs
-1 tsp lemon juice
-1 tsp dijon mustard
-1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
-1 tbsp red bell pepper, diced
-1 tbsp red onion, diced
-pinch each of sea salt & black pepper
Directions:
-add all ingredients to a bowl & mix well.
-form into a burger & pan fry for 4-5 minutes on each side in a nonstick pan.
-enjoy over salad, in a wrap, or in a sandwich!
