2 Ingredient Everything Bagels
Who doesn’t love a good bagel?!
Unfortunately, they can be packed with calories & refined carbs - a standard plain bagel from your local bagel shop racks in over 400 calories and 70 grams of carbohydrates (and that’s without any toppings!) - which can lead to weight gain, blood sugar issues, & more.
If you’re a bagel-lover like me but also care about fueling your body with whole foods and quality nutrients, you need to try these healthy 2 ingredient bagels! Each one is only 110 calories with 20 grams of carbohydrates. They also have 7 grams of protein per serving, which can help keep you fuller for longer, prevent overeating, and help with the growth of lean muscle tissue.
These bagels are super easy to make and are great for meal prep! I love toasting these up in the morning and eating with a veggie-packed omelet.

Ingredients (makes 8 mini bagels)
1.75 cups self-rising whole wheat flour
1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
everything bagel seasoning
Directions:
in a large bowl, mix together the four and yogurt until a dough forms.
lightly flour a wooden cutting board and transfer the dough. Using your hands, gently knead the dough into a flat circular shape. Cut into 8 even pieces.
use your hands to roll each piece of dough into a thin rope shape. Join both ends of the rope to form a bagel.
Place all the bagels on a parchment paper-lined tray. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the tops of each bagel with melted butter, milk, or even water. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top of each bagel.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
