Healthy Fruit Tarts
These healthy fruit tarts are such a light + refreshing treat that’s high in protein & fiber!
Ingredients (makes 12 standard size cups):
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped fruit of choice
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Directions:
- Scoop the dough into muffin tins and press down with your fingers to create a cup shape.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350F.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the muffin tins.
- Fill each cup with Greek yogurt & top with sliced fresh fruit!
