No-Bake Yogurt Cups

These bite-sized yogurt cups are the perfect summer treat that are naturally sweetened, gluten-free, high in fiber, and require no baking time!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup creamy all-natural nut butter

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp raw honey

  • 3-4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup raw honey

Directions:

  • blend oats, nut butter, cinnamon, chia seeds, honey, and milk until you reach a dough-like consistency.

  • using your fingers, press the dough into the bottoms & sides of a muffin tin to create cups. refrigerate for 60 minutes.

  • gently remove cups from tins using a knife around the edges. Fill cups with Greek yogurt. Top with berries & honey.
