Pumpkin Waffles
These pumpkin waffles are the perfect healthy & easy-to-make fall breakfast! I use my Dash Mini Waffle Iron , but feel free to make these into pancakes on a griddle if you don’t have one.
Ingredients (makes 3 servings):
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp flaxseed
5 tbsp water
2/3 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 1/2 rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Heat your mini @bydash waffle iron with some butter and place a few tbsp of batter into the iron. Cook until totally done. Repeat with the rest of the batter!
Top with butter and maple syrup!
