The Healthiest Brownies Ever

These literally are the healthiest brownies you will ever eat! They’re naturally sweetened with antioxidant-rich maple syrup, contain no flour, and have a full serving of pumpkin, which is packed with fiber & beta-carotene to support overall health. I make these at least once a week to satisfy my sweet tooth! Give this recipe a try:

Ingredients (serves 12):

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 3/4 cup nut butter (I used @spreadthelove almond butter)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, plus more for topping

Directions:

  • Mix the pumpkin & almond butter together.

  • Add in eggs, maple syrup, & vanilla and mix again. add cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, & chocolate chips and mix until just combined.

  • Pour batter into a parchment paper-lined baking dish & sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top. bake at 350F for 22-25 minutes!
